REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

HFO Extreme is a digital product. Once your license key is issued and the content has been downloaded to your device, the product has been fully delivered and is generally non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the app from functioning correctly, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

We will consider refunds in the following situations:

· You were charged but never received your license key email

· The license key does not work and our support cannot resolve it within 48 hours

· You were charged more than once for the same purchase

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

· Change of mind after the content has been downloaded

· Device incompatibility (please check Android requirements before purchase)

· Violation of our Terms of Service

Contact us via our contact page with your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
